                                                <p>自下周三(6月17日)起，又一批25只<a class="art_links baike_words" href="http://data.10jqka.com.cn/ipo/xgsgyzq/" target="_blank" jquery183018077377871374656="57">新股</a>开始陆续网上<a class="art_links baike_words" href="http://data.10jqka.com.cn/ipo/xgsgyzq/" target="_blank" jquery183018077377871374656="59">申购</a>，其中包括近五年来募资规模最大的<a class="art_links baike_words" href="http://www.10jqka.com.cn/baike/gtja/" target="_blank" jquery183018077377871374656="60">国泰君安</a>。</p>
                                                <p>　　国泰君安将网上申购时间定于6月18日。公告显示，此次国泰君安拟发行不超过15.25亿股A股，其中网上初始发行数量为45750万股，占拟发行总量的30%。募集资金在扣除发行费用后，将全部用于补充公司资本金，增加营运资金，发展主营业务。</p>
                                                <p>　　而其预计逾300亿元的募资规模也创出本轮新股开闸以来的新高。此前在2010年7月A股上市的<span class="gjc"><a class="art_links stock_words" href="http://stockpage.10jqka.com.cn/601288/" target="_blank">农业银行</a>（<a class="art_links" href="http://stockpage.10jqka.com.cn/601288/" target="_blank">601288</a>）</span>曾募资685亿元。但相对于农业银行逾9%的网上<a class="art_links baike_words" href="http://data.10jqka.com.cn/ipo/xgsgyzq/" target="_blank" jquery183018077377871374656="61">中签</a>率，国泰君安或难比肩。</p>
                                                <p>　　尽管据<span class="gjc"><a class="art_links stock_words" href="http://stockpage.10jqka.com.cn/000776/" target="_blank">广发证券</a>（<a class="art_links" href="http://stockpage.10jqka.com.cn/000776/" target="_blank">000776</a>）</span>统计，新股在2015年以来行业平均中签率排名中，国泰君安所处的多元金融行业最高，但也仅为0.41%。</p>
                                                <p>　　当然，由于募资规模大，国泰君安预计中签率会更高一些。此前，<span class="gjc"><a class="art_links stock_words" href="http://stockpage.10jqka.com.cn/601985/" target="_blank" loged="loged">中国核电</a>（<a class="art_links" href="http://stockpage.10jqka.com.cn/601985/" target="_blank">601985</a>）</span>网上申购中签率约为1.63%，为本年来最高。而据<span class="gjc"><a class="art_links stock_words" href="http://stockpage.10jqka.com.cn/000166/" target="_blank">申万宏源</a>（<a class="art_links" href="http://stockpage.10jqka.com.cn/000166/" target="_blank">000166</a>）</span>预测，国泰君安在回拨后的网上中签率或可达1.79%，将为本轮申购新股中最高。因此，申万宏源建议在本轮新股申购中首选国泰君安。</p>
                                                <p>　　申万宏源分析，国泰君安是全国最大的证券经纪商之一，业务竞争力保持行业领先地位。2013 年，按照母公司口径，公司的总资产和净资本均排名行业第3
位，净资产排名第5 位，营业收入和净利润均排名第3 位。最近三年，公司加权平均净资产 收益率平均为9.06%，明显高于证券行业和上市证券公司的平均水平。</p>
                                                <p>　　但在中金公司看来，考虑涨幅与网下获配比率后，国泰君安的打新吸引力不及中国核电。参考目前证券行业的估值和市值规模，预计国泰君安上市后潜在确定涨幅在50%-100%之间。</p>
                                                <p>　　作为国泰君安研究员，尽管在其对本轮新股申购进行分析时对自己公司进行了回避，但也认为，本批新股网下中签率会略高于上一批新股。由于本轮大盘股对市值要求比较高，需要准备T-2日前20个交易日的平均市值余额457万元，估计大部分投资者打不满上限，中签率会比较高。而从募资金额角度来考虑，本轮大盘股的发行绝对价格不低，预期涨幅相对有限，吸引力中等。</p>

                                                <p>　　申万宏源也认为，国泰君安将是本轮新股中上市初期涨幅最低的一只。而预计网上中签率将是本轮新股中最低的<span class="gjc"><a class="art_links stock_words" href="http://stockpage.10jqka.com.cn/002771/" target="_blank">真视通</a>（<a class="art_links" href="http://stockpage.10jqka.com.cn/002771/" target="_blank">002771</a>）</span>，上市初期涨幅或也最高。真视通是多媒体视讯综合解决方案，拥有计算机信息系统集成企业壹级资质、音视频工程企业特级资质、音视频集成工程企业资质壹级等多项资质。且客户质量优良且稳定，回款期较短，成为公司业绩稳定增长的坚实基础。</p>
                                                <p>　　但值得关注的是，由于产品使用周期较长，行业中客户壁垒较高。公司主要客户来自于政府、能源等领域，受宏观经济及政府<a class="art_links baike_words" href="http://data.10jqka.com.cn/finance/" target="_blank" jquery183018077377871374656="62">财务</a>预算影响较大，2014年公司业绩下滑11%。</p>
