本报讯 曾在邮市上备受瞩目的纪念香港回归系列封的第一枚“片火”，已被列入邮电 部批准的取消发行的邮品，这是中国集邮总公司办公室在答复一位集邮爱好者的信中透露的。 Reported by "Information Morning Paper". Approved by the Ministry of Postage, the highly focused "Pian Huo" (the first envilop cover of Remember Honkong's Return to China series covers) have been listed in the "Canceled Publication Product". This information was disclosed by the administration office of China National Philatelic Corporation in reply to a letter from a stamp collector. 答复信中说： 您信中所提这枚封（指“片火”），系我公司在香巷的代理公司香港开波集邮有限公司经清示新华社香港分社同意发行的系列邮品中的第一枚。由于制版时疏忽，将中英两国政府签署《联合声明》日期错写成‘一九八四年十二月二十九日’(正确日期应为一九八四年十二月十九日)。对此，我们已对责任者分别进行了处理。对于此封的发行，经请示邮电部同意，已列为取消发行的邮品之中。另外，天波公司后发行的几枚封不再冠中国集邮总公司名称，我公司发行的邮品已全部收录在最近由人民邮电出版社发行的《中国集邮总公司集邮品 目录》中。很显然，这枚封因己属于取消发行的邮品，故没有收录在目录中。 The cover (means "Pian Huo") you mentioned in your letter is the first piece of a series cover issued by our corporation's agent in HongKong一Telpo Philatelic Company, Hongkong with approval by Xinhua News Agency Hongkong Branch. Due to the carelessness work during typeset, the date of signature of The Joint Declaration between Chinese and British Government regarding Hongkong was wrongly written as 29th Dec. 1984, (while actual issues was on the date of 19th Dec. 1984). For this mistake, we have given our related responsible staff relevant disposal. After approval by the Ministry of Postage, this cover have been listed in the "Canceled Publication Product". Furthermore, the name of China National Philatelic Corporation will not be appeared in any of the rest product of the series cover issued by Telpo Philatelic Company. All our issued Philatelic product have been listed in the "Philatelic Product Content of China National Philatelic Corporation". This cover "Pian Huo" was not listed in this content, becasued it belong to "Canceled Publication Product"
据悉，新中国成立以来，已发行而又取消发行的邮品屈指可数（如人们所熟知的“一片红’，邮票即属此列），这些邮品都有很高的收藏价值，因而身价倍增。实际发行量共2枚的“片火”跻身其中，专家认为它的价值也将随着时间的流逝而日增。 As everyone know, after the founding of the People's Republic of China, there were only few published philatelic product listed in the "Canceled Publication Product" (for example: the famous "Pian Hong" belong to this clasification). These philatelic products are very valueable for collection. Many expert belive, with time passing by, their value will be increased a lot, because "Pian Hong" was also clasified into such clasification. |
